Born in 1985, Janberk was graduated from TED Ankara College in 2002 followed by his graduation from Bilkent University, Economics Department in 2006. He started his career in PwC Turkey in 2007 and acted as a member in various engagement teams as senior associate. In 2010, he was transferred to PwC UK, London Office and acted as a manager in London Top Tier Assurance department. In 2011, he moved to PwC UK, London Office “Corporate Treasury and Commodities Trading” team where he provided treasury, risk management and hedge accounting consulting services to a large number of UK and globally listed entities. After two years in Treasury & Risk Management space, he was transferred to the Banking & Capital Markets team and continued treasury and risk management consulting projects for a number of largest banks in UK.
In September 2014, he moved back to PwC Turkey as a Senior Manager in Assurance team and lead the energy, utilities and mining sector teams for several audit engagements. Alongside with his Energy and Utilities client portfolio, he acted as the Senior Manager of a number of Industrial Production audit engagement teams and provided assurance and advisory services throughout his career in PwC Turkey and UK.
Upon his return to PwC Turkey in 2014, he also became the responsible point of contact for Treasury, Risk and Hedge Accounting consulting projects within the Turkish firm and provided numerous consulting projects throughout the years. He was also a member of the client training team and provided IFRS trainings for a large number of clients.
In November 2017 he has co-founded Sinerji Avrupa Financial Advisory (Sinerji) with 10 years of extensive IFRS, treasury activities, risk management and hedge accounting applications expertise. In a very short period Sinerji became one of the most trusted and biggest financial advisors in financial risk management and hedge accounting areas with an advised notional financial risk of over USD2 billion. Sinerji has over 20 clients of which, the majority is listed in İstanbul Stock Exchange. Sinerji helps clients to build customised and effective financial management strategies, designate hedge accounting structures and effectively overall management of financial risks. Moreover, Sinerji provides tailored IFRS advisory on complex accounting issues across a large number of industries.
He is a member Turkish and British Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2011.

In 2007, she has graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics. Same year she started to work for PwC Turkey in the Assurance Department and took responsibilities as Manager until May 2013 in various sectors of the audit teams. During her employment she was the audit manager of the biggest private banks and financial institutions. She gained experience on financial sector applications, treasury management, financial risk management, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and financial due diligences during the merger and acquisition projects of the banks she was responsible.
In May 2013 she started to work for Kibar Enerji as a budget and reporting manager, Kibar Enerji is owned by Kibar Holding, one of the biggest holding companies in Turkey, it carries out import and wholesale of natural gas in the Turkish Energy Market. She was responsible from all of the financial affairs of the Company and directly reported to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her work involved following day to day cash flows, building hedge strategies for foreign exchange and price risk arising from for natural gas purchases and sales, preparing budgets and forecasts, ad-hoc reporting to shareholders and financial reporting of the Company according to IFRSs.
In September 2014 she was invited back to work for PwC Turkey to establish a full time IFRS Accounting Consulting Advisory team as a senior manager. As a senior manager she was specifically responsible from applications of IFRS 9 Financial Instruments and other IFRSs within the firm, she also had the title of ‘Globally Accredited’ Financial Instruments Consultant given by the Global Financial Instruments Team of PwC and she was the first who earned this title in PwC Turkey ever. Her work involved IFRS compliance of reporting of high-risk clients, giving advice on complex IFRS accounting issues, hedge accounting advisory, participating to banking audit teams as a subject matter expert for auditing treasury activities, risk management strategies and hedge accounting designations. She was also involved in many IFRS 9 advisory projects of the banks, instructed IFRS trainings both within firm and client trainings. She received the titles of SMMM (Turkish Government Certified Public Accounted) and Independent Auditor (Certified by Public Oversight Authority) in 2015.
